• I require an invitation letter from Enagic to obtain a visa. Who do I contact?

  For distributors requiring a letter of confirmation from Enagic to obtain a visa, here is the simple process to
  follow:
  Step 1: Purchase your convention tickets on the website.
  Step 2: Forward your ticket confirmation email to usaevent@enagic.com with a copy of your passport.

• Is there a discounted room rate for this event at the Gaylord Pacific Resort?

  Group rate starting at $339/night.

• What is the dress code for this event?

  General session and breakouts: Business casual with comfortable shoes.

• How do I cancel/request refund for my ticket?

  To qualify for a refund, the Registration Cancellation Request Form must be filled out and submitted to usaevent-ticket@enagic.com within 2 months of purchase date. Tickets are non-refundable after March 31, 2025. Refer to website Cancellation Policy for more details.

• Can I transfer my ticket registration to another person?

  Ticket transfers are typically not allowed. However, if you have extenuating circumstances,
  please reach out to the organizing committee in advance and explain your situation.
  Changes cannot be made within one month of the event.

• When will online registration close?

  The ticket sales will end as soon as they are sold out.

• What is the agenda and speaker list for the event?

  The agenda and speaker list is still being finalized.

• What about meals?

  Meals will be on your own. There are 10 restaurants and bars at the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center.

• Will translation devices be provided to non-English speaking attendees?

  Yes. Translation will be available in Hindi, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Cantonese

• Who will be recognized at this event?

  New 6A and Above Distributors from June 2024 - May 2025.

• How will I know if I am being recognized on stage for 6A and Above rank-up?

  An email will be sent to all onstage achievers from Enagic USA Event(usaevent@enagic.com)with information on what award has been achieved.
  For any achievers that ranked up to 6A & above from June 2024 to May 2025, an email will be sent from Enagic USA Event (usaevent@enagic.com).

• I think I am an award achiever but I'm not sure, what do I do?

  If you do not receive an email confirming your award achievement please email usaevent@enagic.com with your name, distributor ID# and Rank.

• Are children allowed to attend this event?

  Yes, but it is not recommended. A ticket is required for each attendee.

• Is there child care service at the event?

  There will not be child care service at the event.
